Top 5 Tuesday – Books From My Childhood

Happy Tuesday, Homo sapiens! It’s March and here’s my first Top 5 Tuesday of the month!

Top 5 Tuesday was originally hosted by Shanah at Bionic Bookworm and now found its home with Meeghan at Meeghan Reads.

Today I’m sharing five of my favorite reads during my childhood. There were a lot of books I enjoyed reading as a child but these five books are some that I can turn back to again and again and again.

Books From My Childhood

What’s your favorite childhood read? Feel free to share!

  1. I had a beautiful copy of ‘Aesop’s Fables’ when I was a kid, but unfortunately it fell apart and some pieces went out the window while I was on a car trip. Sometimes I wish I could find a copy of the same edition again. :/

  2. I only started reading fiction when I was in fourth year of high school. Now, I am making up for what I’ve missed by reading children’s fiction 🙂 But hey, children’s fiction is for all ages I guess. But if I were to pick books that would’ve made an impression on a younger me, it would be The Little Prince, Chronicles of Narnia, and The Bridge to Terabithia.

    1. Right! Children’s fiction is for all ages and I actually have a list that I hope to read someday. I haven’t read The Chronicles of Narnia but I’ve watched the movies. I loved The Little Prince and The Bridge to Terabithia, too! I’ve only read the latter last year and it broke my heart but then again, I love books that break my heart. 🙂
