WWW Wednesday 21-Apr-2021

Welcome to another WWW Wednesday hosted by Sam from Taking On A World of Words.

As usual, just answer the three W questions:

  1. What did you recently finish reading?
  2. What are you currently reading?
  3. What do you think you’ll read next?

How was your reading week? What did you enjoy most? Any recommendations? What are you going to read next? Feel free to share!

  1. A Heart So White has been recommended to me by a fellow blogger although I am yet to read it. I am excited to know what you think of it. A Place for Us and A Contract With God both sound like interesting reads. 🙂

As for me, I have finished Elif Shafak’s The Bastard of Istanbul. I am currently reading Gina Apostol’s Insurrecto. Viet Thanh Nguyen’s The Committed is in line.

    Happy reading!

    1. A Heart So White and A Place for Us were recommendations from a colleague so hopefully they’re good reads. 🙂 A Contract with God is another graphic novel, I’ve finished Maus I & II recently. I hope to read as many graphic novels as I can, there’s a pile waiting to be read.
Unfortunately, I haven’t read any from Elif Shafak and Gina Apostol. Insurrecto sounds interesting. Is The Committed a sequel to The Sympathizer? I’ll wait for you to finish and review it first before I purchase a copy. 😉
Enjoy the rest of the week, Carl!
