I didn’t change, my priorities did.
Get rid of things that
don’t make you better. Make space
for YOU. Declutter.
Everyone has gone through something that has changed them in a way that they could never go back to the person they once were.
One of the hardest lessons in life is letting go.
Whether it’s guilt, anger, love, loss or betrayal.
Change is never easy.
We fight to hold on and we fight to let go.
Sometimes it’s not the people who change, it’s the mask that falls off.
Pain doesn’t show up in our lives for no reason.
It’s a sign that something in our lives needs to change.
Closing your eyes isn’t going to change anything. Nothing’s going to disappear just because you can’t see what’s going on. In fact, things will even be worse the next time you open your eyes. That’s the kind of world we live in. Keep your eyes wide open. Only a coward closes his eyes. Closing your eyes and plugging up your ears won’t make time stand still.
Some people we just outgrow. Relationships might end with no real explanation as to why. And when that happens, respect the shift. Honor the growth and understand that not all roots can stay planted in the same soil forever.
Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.
